Ranch Transportation & Extended Care
Transportation
The Ranch provides bus transportation to and from camp each day for $50/week. A Bar-T staff member meets our families at each of our transportation sites and rides the bus to and from camp to help ensure our camper’s safety. Bar-T staff will arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled bus departure to check our campers in and answer any questions parents may have. We ask that our parents remain on site until after the bus has departed to help ensure everyone’s safety. Our staff will help make sure that our campers reach their group with a smile on their face each morning and will remain at the transportation site each afternoon until all campers have been picked up.
Below you can find the transportation location most convenient for your family. Busses generally depart their transportation site between 8:00am and 8:45 each morning (depending on location) and usually arrive back in the afternoon between 3:45pm and 4:15pm. Below you will find the updated bus times for Summer 2024.
Families that do not wish to use any of the transportation sites may drop off at the Ranch each morning at 8:45 a.m. and pick up each afternoon at 3:30 p.m.

Extended Care
The Ranch provides before and after camp extended care for families that need coverage beyond the basic transportation times outlined above.

Our morning extended care costs $70 per week and allows families to drop off as early as 7:00 a.m. each morning. Our afternoon extended care costs $90 per week and allows families to pick up as late as 6:30 p.m. each afternoon. Children enrolled in Extended Care will not be charged the transportation fee.
August 11th – 15th, 2025: Please note, due to our inability to be in schools, extended care for this week is only available at St. John’s Olney and Bar-T Ranch.
August 18th – 21st, 2025: Please note, due to our inability to be in schools, extended care is only available on-site at the Ranch.
