Camp Overview

Bar-T Kids Camps combine the comforts and convenience of area schools with Bar-T’s tradition of running outstanding summer camps. Kids Camp operates on weekly sessions for children entering Kindergarten through the 8th grade.Our Kids Camp programs utilizes both the indoor and outdoor facilities of our host school to deliver a camp experience filled with crafts, music & dance, sports, games, STEM activities and exciting theme days.

Camp Dates & Rates

Kids Camp is offered in weekly sessions from June 16th through August 15th. The rate for one week of Kids Camp is $275.

4-day weeks: Please note that we have a few weeks this summer that will be 4-day weeks due to federal holidays. We will automatically prorate 4-day weeks and take off $35 from your total for the week. These weeks include June 16th – June 20th (camp will be closed on Thursday, June 19th) and June 30th – July 4th (camp will be closed Friday, July 4th). 

Camp Activities

While our outstanding counselors ensure that there is no limit to the fun with a continuously evolving list of activities, we know that it can be helpful to see the types of activities that make up our camper’s days. These activities include, but are not limited to:

Camp Hours & Extended Care

The Bar-T camp day begins at 9:00am and ends at 3:30pm. Because there is not bus transportation for Kids Camps, campers need to be dropped-off at our location and checked-in by a parent or guardian. We open the daily check-in process at 8:45am and campers are dismissed promptly at 3:30pm.

For families that need coverage beyond the camp day, we offer extended care options that allow campers to arrive as early as 7am and stay as late as 6:30pm. This extended care option is offered on a weekly basis and families can choose morning extended care ($70/week) and/or afternoon extended care ($90/week).

Every year we create an online camp guide that has everything you need to know about attending Kids Camps. Our 2025 Camp Guide will be released during the Spring of 2025 and will get sent to all enrolled families, but please feel free to check out last year’s guide as much of the information remains the same.
