Bar-T is a premier childcare provider located in Montgomery and Frederick Counties in Maryland. We provide enriching before and after school care for children in 33 Montgomery County Schools as well as Pre-Kindergarten classes for 3 and 4 year olds in 4 of these locations. Our Early Childhood Program at Thurgood Marshall Elementary School provides a full range of infant through school-age care.

Early Childhood Education

Bar-T’s newest program is our Early Childhood Education Program. Based at one location, Thurgood Marshall ES, we are excited to offer care to children of all ages (infants through school aged).

Pre-Kindergarten

The Bar-T Pre-Kindergarten Program is designed to provide a high quality, creative, hands-on, child-centered learning environment for children. Students must be 4 years old by September 1st, and be fully toilet trained, or 3 years old and fully toilet trained at our Belmont and Poolesville programs.

Our Bar-T Kids Club program is the largest private provider of before and after school programs for children in Montgomery County. We strongly believe that children need to have choices, and we provide a variety of opportunities for children each day.
