How to Register

Admissions for Bar-T is accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis, regardless of race, sex, or physical limitations. If necessary, a wait list will be started if we reach capacity in the space assigned to us. Once a space becomes available, the first person on the list is called and is given 5-7 business days to respond. After this time period, we will contact the next person on the list. Our Accounts Manager stays in close contact with Directors and Teachers of schools that keep an active wait list.

We will give families that are in the current program at the school an opportunity to register before we open registration to the public. Our goal is to have a seamless transition of care and will do all that we can to ensure this.

To enroll in a School Year Program:

1. Create an account online at http://registration.bar-t.com. In addition to creating an account with your (parent/guardian) information, please create a profile for each child in your household. Child profiles need to be completed before selecting your camp program.
2. Go to the “School Programs” page and select your child’s school or Early Childhood/Pre-Kindergarten location. After selecting the program, you will be prompted to select the days and time that you would like your child to attend Bar-T. We understand that each family’s needs are different, so you can customize your plan and only have to pay for the times when you need us.Note: If a selection is grayed out during the registration process, this indicates that your child is ineligible for the program due to an age restriction.
3. Submit your order and sit tight! Our account team manually reviews each order before sending an invoice to your email account on file. Once you receive the invoice, the Director at your child’s Bar-T program will be notified that your child has been added to their roster. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, or need immediate care, please email us at help@bar-t.com.
